These Terms of Service explain the conditions that apply when you access googleaddoctor.com, contact Google Ad Doctor or engage us for Google Ads, audit, automation, landing page or related digital marketing services.
1. About These Terms
By using this website, contacting us or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or engage our services.
In these terms, "Google Ad Doctor", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the provider of the services described on googleaddoctor.com.
2. Our Services
Google Ad Doctor provides digital marketing services that may include:
- Google Ads audits and campaign diagnosis.
- Google Ads management, optimisation and reporting.
- Marketing automation, CRM integration and lead nurturing systems.
- Website and landing page strategy, design, build or optimisation.
- Digital marketing strategy, tracking and conversion improvement.
The exact scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for any paid service will be set out in a proposal, quote, invoice, written agreement or other written confirmation.
3. Consultations, Diagnoses and Recommendations
Free or paid consultations, campaign diagnoses, audits and recommendations are based on the information available to us at the time. They are provided for business and marketing purposes and do not guarantee a specific outcome.
You are responsible for deciding whether to act on any recommendation and for ensuring your business, advertising, website content and offers comply with applicable laws, platform policies and industry rules.
4. Client Responsibilities
To deliver services effectively, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete and timely information.
- Give required access to advertising accounts, analytics, websites, CRMs, landing page tools or other relevant platforms.
- Review and approve copy, creative, landing pages, budgets and campaign changes when requested.
- Maintain active payment methods and adequate advertising budgets in relevant ad platforms.
- Ensure your products, services, claims, promotions and website content comply with applicable laws and platform policies.
5. Fees, Ad Spend and Payment
Service fees are separate from advertising spend unless expressly stated in writing. Advertising spend is usually paid directly by you to the advertising platform, such as Google Ads.
Payment terms, billing frequency and due dates will be stated in the relevant proposal, invoice or written agreement. Late payment may result in paused work, delayed delivery or termination of services.
6. No Guaranteed Results
We work to improve campaign structure, targeting, tracking, landing page performance and lead generation systems. However, advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control, including market demand, competition, offer quality, budget, account history, platform changes, website performance and your sales process.
We do not guarantee specific rankings, leads, sales, revenue, return on ad spend, cost per lead, conversion rates or other commercial outcomes unless expressly agreed in writing.
7. Platform Access and Third-Party Services
Our services may rely on third-party platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, website builders, hosting providers, CRM systems, email platforms and scheduling tools.
We are not responsible for outages, policy decisions, account suspensions, rejected ads, data loss, price changes, feature changes or other actions taken by third-party platforms. You remain responsible for complying with third-party platform terms and policies.
8. Content, Approvals and Compliance
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you provide, including claims about your business, pricing, offers, qualifications, results, testimonials and regulated services.
If your industry is regulated, including healthcare, finance, legal, education or other compliance-sensitive sectors, you are responsible for obtaining appropriate legal, regulatory or professional review before publishing campaigns or website content.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you retain ownership of materials you provide to us. We retain ownership of our pre-existing methods, frameworks, processes, templates, know-how and internal materials.
After full payment of all applicable fees, you may use final deliverables created specifically for you for your own business purposes. Drafts, unused concepts, internal strategy documents and working files are not transferred unless expressly agreed in writing.
10. Confidentiality
Each party may receive confidential information from the other. Both parties agree to take reasonable steps to protect confidential information and not disclose it except where required for service delivery, with permission or as required by law.
11. Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to interfere with its security, copy content without permission, submit false or misleading information, upload malicious code or use the website for unlawful purposes.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Google Ad Doctor is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, loss of opportunity, business interruption or reputational harm.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws.
13. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate services if invoices are unpaid, required access or information is not provided, you breach these terms, your business or campaigns create legal or platform compliance concerns or continued work is no longer commercially or operationally reasonable.
You may end services in accordance with the cancellation or notice terms in your proposal, invoice or written agreement.
14. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the website or engaging our services, you acknowledge that we may collect, use and disclose information as described in that policy.
15. Relationship With Google
Google Ad Doctor is an independent digital marketing service provider. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we are not Google, and we are not owned or operated by Google.
